DVA and ADF Family Services

Care for Defence members, their families and Veterans

A veteran of the Canadian Army, Dr Jedraszczyk provides respectful, clear and supportive medical care for current and former ADF personnel and their families (with a family ADF health card).

Services include:
GP consultations, skin checks, lesion removal and support for DVA White and Gold card holders and ADF Family health card holders.

Whether you are transitioning to civilian life or have been living for a bit, we will look after your medical concerns, review accepted conditions and help with any DVA claim paperwork.

Dr Jedraszczyk has expanded the CVC program at Barton General Practice, which allows Gold Card holder and White Card holders with a specific mental health condition to get more complete care. The above conditions must be present to qualify for the Complete Veteran Care (CVC) program. However, if you don’t qualify, you still receive the highest level of medical care that can be provided.

Families of current ADF members are entitled to an ADF family health card, which allows them to have all their GP consultations rebated by the ADF.
